Our signature service
Regulation 44 Independent Visits
Regulation 44 visits provide the independent oversight every children's home needs. Keystone's visits examine safeguarding, the lived experience of children, leadership and management, quality of care and regulatory compliance — proportionately, respectfully, and with the home's own improvement in mind.
- Independent scrutiny of safeguarding practice and how well children are protected
- The lived experience of children, including their views, wishes and feelings
- Leadership, management and the quality of day-to-day care
- Compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations and the quality standards
What you receive
- A written report suitable for the responsible individual, the provider and Ofsted
- Clear judgements, with the evidence behind each finding
- Practical, proportionate recommendations that support continuous improvement
- A debrief with the registered manager and responsible individual
