Regulation 44 Independent Visits
Regulation 44 visits provide the independent oversight every children's home needs. Keystone's visits examine safeguarding, the lived experience of children, leadership and management, quality of care and regulatory compliance — proportionately, respectfully, and with the home's own improvement in mind.

Every piece of work is scoped in writing before it begins, so you know exactly what is being delivered, when, and at what cost. Nothing is done to a home without the people responsible for it knowing why.

- Clear judgements, with the evidence behind each finding
- Practical, proportionate recommendations that support continuous improvement
- A debrief with the registered manager and responsible individual
